Cancellation & Refund Policy :

The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:

  • You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, and the excursion did not take place due to the organizer’s fault.

  • You cancelled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.

  • The exception is programs that require plane tickets.

  •  In such cases, the organizer will not be able to refund the advance payment after the airline tickets have been purchased.

The advance payment can be refunded in cash or to a bank card in the same currency at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the advance payment was transferred to the bank card.

Frequently asked questions :

  • What are the payment options, and when is the payment due for the tour?
We don’t require prepayment for group tours; payment is made on the bus or during the tour. Only private tours or those involving flight tickets may need advance payment. You can pay in cash (USD or EUR), or we can arrange other payment methods if needed.
  • Why do some tours in Egypt require passport details or vouchers?
Due to strict tourism regulations in Egypt, daily permits from the police and military are required for tours. For specific tours, such as marine or private ones, passport details or voucher photos are needed to secure permits. For most other excursions, permits are based on participant numbers, without needing passport information.
  • Are we covered by insurance during the tour?
Some hotel guides may claim that insurance doesn’t cover third-party tour organizers, but this is false. Your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, including with any tour company. Additionally, all transport (like buses or boats) must be fully insured to operate, and organizers are responsible for passenger coverage. Strict regulations and permits are required for every tour in Egypt.
  • How can I retrieve any personal items I may have lost during the tour?
We remind you to check your belongings when leaving the bus or boat at the end of the tour. If something is lost, it can be hard to recover, as vehicles often leave for cleaning right after. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee the item will be returned. Please be cautious!
  • What is your cancellation or change policy?
We offer flexible cancellation policies, typically allowing changes or cancellations up to 24–48 hours before the tour. Please check the specific tour page for detailed terms.
  • What should I bring on a snorkeling or safari trip?
We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear (for water activities), and comfortable shoes. Equipment is often provided—check tour details.
  • What are the must-do things in Egypt?
Visit the Giza pyramids and see the Great Sphinx. Go snorkeling or diving in the Red Sea. Admire the sunrise on Mount Moses. Go to the Valley of the Kings in Luxor and visit Karnak. Get to know the culture and traditions of the Bedouins. Try the national cuisine. Ride quad bikes in the desert. Swim with dolphins in crystal clear water. Go on a cruise on the Nile. Visit local markets.
  • How much money should I bring for a 7-day trip to Egypt?
For a comfortable 7-day trip to Egypt, excluding accommodation, $250 per person should suffice. Excursions start at $5, meals from $10, and souvenirs from $1. If accommodation and meals are prepaid, $200 per person should be adequate.
  • What currency is best to take with you to Egypt?
Bring Euros or US Dollars to exchange, and use Egyptian Pounds (EGP) for daily spending. Credit cards work in many places, but carry cash for local use.
  • What souvenirs should not be bought in Egypt?
Certain items may be restricted for export or may violate laws and international agreements. In Egypt, it is advised not to purchase antiques or souvenirs made from protected species of animals or plants. Additionally, buying food and alcohol from street vendors is not recommended due to safety concerns.
  • Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide reliable airport transfers to and from various destinations including Hurghada, Cairo, Marsa Alam, and more.
  • Are your guides licensed and multilingual?
Yes, all our guides are licensed professionals fluent in multiple languages, including English, Russian, Bulgarian, German, French, and more.
