Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly. Check the tour details for age recommendations or contact us for suggestions.

Our prices are among the most competitive you’ll find, without compromising on the high quality of service we provide. As an online booking platform working directly with major tour operators in Egypt, we're able to offer excellent rates thanks to the high volume of tourists we serve. By booking with us, you get top-tier service at great value, cutting out the middlemen and avoiding unnecessary markups

We don’t require prepayment for group tours; payment is made on the bus or during the tour. Only private tours or those involving flight tickets may need advance payment. You can pay in cash (USD or EUR), or we can arrange other payment methods if needed.

Due to strict tourism regulations in Egypt, daily permits from the police and military are required for tours. For specific tours, such as marine or private ones, passport details or voucher photos are needed to secure permits. For most other excursions, permits are based on participant numbers, without needing passport information.

Some hotel guides may claim that insurance doesn’t cover third-party tour organizers, but this is false. Your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, including with any tour company. Additionally, all transport (like buses or boats) must be fully insured to operate, and organizers are responsible for passenger coverage. Strict regulations and permits are required for every tour in Egypt.

We remind you to check your belongings when leaving the bus or boat at the end of the tour. If something is lost, it can be hard to recover, as vehicles often leave for cleaning right after. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee the item will be returned. Please be cautious!

We offer flexible cancellation policies, typically allowing changes or cancellations up to 24–48 hours before the tour. Please check the specific tour page for detailed terms.

We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear (for water activities), and comfortable shoes. Equipment is often provided—check tour details.
