The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:
You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, and the excursion did not take place due to the organizer’s fault.
You cancelled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.
The exception is programs that require plane tickets.
In such cases, the organizer will not be able to refund the advance payment after the airline tickets have been purchased.
The advance payment can be refunded in cash or to a bank card in the same currency at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the advance payment was transferred to the bank card.

Strict regulations and permits are required for every tour in Egypt.

How can I retrieve any personal items I may have lost during the tour?We remind you to check your belongings when leaving the bus or boat at the end of the tour.
