The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:
You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, and the excursion did not take place due to the organizer’s fault.
You cancelled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.
The exception is programs that require plane tickets.
In such cases, the organizer will not be able to refund the advance payment after the airline tickets have been purchased.
The advance payment can be refunded in cash or to a bank card in the same currency at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the advance payment was transferred to the bank card.

Мы остались довольны, сын вообще в восторге)) очень ждал эту экскурсию, наснимал в батискафе кучу фото рыб и кораллов, нам сделали отличные фото и видео на экскурсии (работал фотограф, у него по желанию потом можно получить все на диске или ссылку на скачивание в ватсап, мы и то и то попросили, тк диск проверить. Трансфер прибыл вовремя, с кондиционером.

Сегодня ездили на яхте батискаф. С детьми - это идеальный вариант: забрали от отеля, привезли к яхте, прокатили на яхте, на рифе спустились вниз к большим иллюминаторам около получаса шли над рифом - очень красиво. Много разных кораллов, очень много рыб, видели трёх скатов. Потом остановка с купанием: рыбок можно трогать руками, место огорожено буйками, с нами плавали члены команды. Организация и безопасность на высшем уровне.Очень рекомендую Tripify Tour.
